Remote and Hybrid Team Alignment

A series of workshops spread out over the course of 6-9 months, to build the structure and skills necessary to be a successful remote or hybrid team

Structure

We will facilitate your team to create:

  • A Working Together Agreement to set common principles, decide on work arrangements, and set expectations

  • An operational Game Plan for the next 6 months to 1 year

 

  • Role clarity and alignment, both within the team and with larger organizational goals    

 

  • A system for decision-making and accountability within the team      

Skills

We will help your team learn and practice:

  • Technology and best practices for making online meetings seamless and engaging 

 

  • Effective listening, a critical leadership skill

 

  • A shared framework (Belbin Team Roles) for assessing how the team will work together, who is best suited to take on which roles, and where the overlaps and gaps in contributions are

  • How to build psychological safety
